Chats on Speaky are available in sessions of 5, 15, or 30 minutes. Additionally, you have the flexibility to extend the duration during the ongoing chat if needed.
The displayed times on our website are tailored to your local timezone. For instance, if you’re located in New York, the times will be presented in Eastern Time (ET).
A cancellation of a Speaky session with a creator will not be eligible for refunds. Please be aware that this policy is in place to compensate for any inconvenience caused by the cancellation.
The decision to reschedule is at the discretion of the creator. Creators have the flexibility to choose whether they want to accommodate rescheduling requests.
